What problem does it solve?

This Skill lets you safely record a single Memory Bank update from conversation context without overwriting the rest of the file, so important project decisions and notes stay consistent.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Targeted file routing: Sends each update to the right Memory Bank file, such as decisions, incidents, stakeholders, milestones, stack, glossary, or team ownership.
  • Append-only safety: Adds new information without rewriting existing entries, reducing the risk of accidental loss.
  • Practical use cases: Log a technical decision, capture a recurring issue and workaround, update the current milestone, or extend the stakeholder list after a meeting.

Quick Start
