• Context-aware external verification: Loads product/domain context (e.g., 04_RESOURCES/Context/product-context.md when present) and uses external WebSearch/WebFetch to fill knowledge gaps and confirm current specs, pricing, and documentation.
• Actionable synthesis deliverable: Produces a formal structured report with an executive summary, key findings, technical details, internal context, external citations, and explicit gaps, then writes it to the appropriate vault location.
