What problem does it solve?
In high-velocity proposal environments, teams struggle to extract, classify, and organize buyer questions from unstructured RFPs. This Skill provides a deterministic pipeline that ingests documents, converts them into structured questions, and tags ownership and urgency for downstream teams.

Quick Start
Drop a new RFP document into the intake pipeline and run the five-phase process to emit working/task_list.json and an intake Adaptive Card.
