SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes scripts (resource) and references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

In high-velocity proposal environments, teams struggle to extract, classify, and organize buyer questions from unstructured RFPs. This Skill provides a deterministic pipeline that ingests documents, converts them into structured questions, and tags ownership and urgency for downstream teams.

Core Features & Use Cases

Front door to the RFP Swarm: ingests buyer documents and outputs a canonical task_list.json plus an intake card for deal leads.
Five-phase pipeline: locate, extract, parse, classify, and assemble with audit-ready artefacts.
Transparent governance: per-question confidence, mandatory vs optional flags, and explicit handoffs to rfp-fit-assessment, rfp-respond, and other skills.

Quick Start

Drop a new RFP document into the intake pipeline and run the five-phase process to emit working/task_list.json and an intake Adaptive Card.

How do I extract and classify questions from an unstructured RFP document?▼

RFP intake automation applies a deterministic five-phase pipeline—locate, extract, parse, classify, and assemble—to convert buyer documents into a structured task list with per-question confidence and ownership tags.

Can I automate RFI and security questionnaire intake the same way as standard RFPs?▼

Yes, the intake pipeline processes RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and security questionnaires, extracting sections and identifying deadlines to generate audit-ready artifacts for cross-skill handoffs.

What is the best way to organize RFP questions into a task list for downstream teams?▼

Classifying RFP questions by team during intake assembles a canonical task list with mandatory flags and urgency indicators, providing explicit handoffs for deal leads and downstream execution teams.

Does RFP intake provide audit-ready artifacts for proposal governance?▼

Yes, the intake pipeline generates audit-ready artifacts including a canonical task list and an intake card, featuring per-question confidence scores and mandatory versus optional flags for transparent governance.

How do I identify mandatory requirements and deadlines in a buyer tender document?▼
