What problem does it solve?

This Skill prevents inconsistent sales-to-CS handoffs by scoring each closed/won deal against a structured, dimension-based rubric and flagging gaps that would slow or weaken CS onboarding.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Five-dimension handoff scoring (0–100): Evaluates OCV ratified entry linkage, trigger match, CS-accessible measurement sources, stakeholder mapping, and documented risk flags.
  • Below-threshold remediation workflow: For scores under 80, proposes a Linear issue assigned to the AE manager with a 48-hour SLA and notifies the CSM while allowing onboarding to proceed.
  • Deal and batch execution: Supports scoring a single deal or scanning recent closes and producing a weekly digest with pass/fail and averages.

Quick Start

Ask it to score the handoff quality for a specific closed/won deal and report the pass/fail dimensions, including any Linear escalation if the score is below 80.
