FAQPage Schema

How do I create a sales playbook for my B2B team?▼

A sales playbook is a structured framework containing discovery methods, objection responses, competitive positioning, and closing techniques tailored to your buyers and sales stages. This Skill automates playbook creation by gathering details about your product, buyers, and sales process, then generating modular deliverables like discovery frameworks, demo scripts, battle cards, and qualification criteria ready to deploy across your team.

What should a sales discovery framework include?▼

A discovery framework maps the questions, qualification criteria, and buying-journey insights needed to advance deals. This Skill builds frameworks using JTBD and RICE prioritization methods, producing structured discovery notes, stakeholder maps, and deal-stage gates that help your team uncover buyer needs consistently.

Can I use sales playbooks for different customer segments and buying journeys?▼

Yes. Sales playbooks support varied ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and buying journeys. This Skill delivers modular, segment-specific deliverables including discovery frameworks, objection libraries, demo flows, and closing templates so your team applies the right approach for each buyer type and deal stage.

How do I handle objections and competitive positioning in sales?▼

Objection handling and competitive positioning require documented libraries and battle cards that equip your team with responses and differentiation messaging. This Skill generates comprehensive objection libraries, competitive battle cards, and positioning frameworks that integrate into your sales workflows and knowledge systems.

What formats can sales playbooks be integrated into?▼

Sales playbooks are generated as structured, modular deliverables—process maps, qualification frameworks, demo scripts, battle cards, and templates—designed for integration into RAG pipelines and knowledge platforms so your team accesses playbook content through existing tools.

What's the difference between demo scripts and closing techniques in a playbook?▼

Demo scripts are step-by-step flows showing how to present your product to solve specific buyer problems, while closing techniques are strategies and templates for moving deals to signature. This Skill produces both as distinct modules within your playbook, tailored to different ICPs and deal stages.
