- Runbook Lookup via Confluence: Finds the most relevant runbooks for the classified category and summarizes the top matches with links.
- First-Response Drafting and Jira Updates: Produces customer-facing response drafts and, after confirmation, updates Jira fields, routing, transitions, labels, and comments.
- Use Case: Triage an unassigned morning inbox, classify each ticket, pull the right runbook page(s) from Confluence, and prepare ready-to-send replies that helpdesk agents can approve.
