What problem does it solve?

First-session onboarding for a new marketer in the Mad Minds project. Walks them through authorizing every required connector (Google Drive, Google Search Console, Google Ads), verifies Drive access to Mad Minds, asks their first name and confirms their personal folder, and ends with a capabilities overview of every skill they can run. Triggered automatically by CLAUDE.md on first session, or manually as /setup-marketing whenever a marketer wants to re-verify their setup. Use whenever a marketer is new, says "hi" / "what can you do" / "I just installed this", or asks to check their connectors.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Onboard a new marketer by guiding connector authorization and workspace setup.
  • Verify Drive access to the Mad Minds hub and establish a personal folder structure.
  • Present a capabilities overview of every skill they can run and provide a re-verification path with /setup-marketing.
  • The flow is interactive, one question or check per turn, designed for non-engineers to complete in ~5 minutes.
