SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Supply chain resilience and risk visibility for GeoSupply by aggregating stress signals, supplier scores, and sanctions screening to enable proactive decision-making.

Core Features & Use Cases

End-to-end risk scoring: Combine geo, political, logistical, financial, and monsoon indicators into a single supplier risk score.
Sanctions screening: Real-time checks against OFAC/UN/EU lists for counterparties.
Disruption planning: Stress index informing routing and contingency actions, with ML-based disruption risk models.
Route and timeline insights: Generate alternative routes and disruption timelines to support procurement decisions.
ML risk modeling: XGBoost-driven conflict risk and drift monitoring for proactive retraining.

Quick Start

Provide supplier data to calculate risk scores, perform sanctions screening, and generate a stress index with recommended actions.

Frequently Asked Questions about supply-chain-analyst

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I calculate a supplier risk score using supply chain data?▼

To calculate a supplier risk score, you provide supplier data to aggregate geo, political, logistical, financial, and monsoon indicators into a unified stress index for proactive procurement decisions.

How does sanctions screening work for supply chain counterparties?▼

Sanctions screening performs real-time checks against OFAC, UN, and EU lists for your supply chain counterparties, ensuring compliance before routing decisions or procurement actions are finalized.

Can I model supply chain disruption risk and generate alternative routes?▼

Yes, you can model supply chain disruption risk using XGBoost-driven conflict risk outputs to generate alternative routes and disruption timelines that support contingency planning.

What ML components are used for supply chain risk analysis?▼

Supply chain risk analysis uses XGBoost-driven ML components with Platt-scaled outputs for conflict risk modeling, alongside drift monitoring to trigger proactive model retraining when data patterns shift.

When do I need a unified stress index for procurement and logistics operations?▼

You need a unified stress index when assessing supply chain resilience across multiple disruption factors, enabling routing decisions and contingency actions by aggregating diverse stress signals into one score.

Does supply chain risk assessment require specific dependencies or environments?▼

No external dependencies are required, but you must supply your own supplier data to trigger the end-to-end risk scoring, sanctions screening, and ML-based disruption modeling workflows.
