This Skill helps ecomm operators build effective winback/reactivation flows that segment lapsed customers correctly and avoid revenue-killing mistakes like one-size-fits-all discounting.

- Recency-based lapsed segmentation: Split lapsed customers into light, deep, dead, and cold bands using last-purchase recency (optionally via modern-mcp).
- Offer ladder design: Choose incentive intensity by segment so you don’t train regular buyers to lapse for discounts.
- Do-not-contact suppression: Exclude customers with refunds, quality complaints, NPS detractors, unsubscribe/list-cleanup signals, or cross-brand active status.
- Channel mix recommendations: Select email as default and selectively add SMS, paid retargeting, direct mail, and phone outreach based on segment economics and engagement.
