Use Case Example: After reviewing this week’s funnel metrics, it determines whether low outreach volume points to a Leads constraint, weak replies indicate a Leads BETTER condition, low calls/close rate indicates Sales, low retention/LTV indicates Delivery, or failing CAC recovery indicates Profit.
Quick Start
Run python3 /opt/OS/scripts/bis_context.py with fields name,icp,offer,stage,primary_channel,binding_constraint,north_star.
