- Cohort-level churn pattern analysis: analyzes multiple churn events to surface systemic drivers and escalates recommendations when the cohort churn rate meets the defined threshold (≥ 25%).
- RCA export for stakeholder use: retrieves and formats an existing individual RCA or cohort RCA for reporting or review.
