It turns a post-close, ambiguous onboarding period into a clear ninety-day plan anchored to the customer’s own success metric, so future account reviews and renewal decisions stay honest and consistent.

  • Kickoff agenda planning: Creates a 5–7 item, 60-minute kickoff agenda including success-metric confirmation and team handoff.
  • Success metric alignment: Captures both your canonical framing and the customer’s verbatim definition of success, and flags divergence for how the health score should be evaluated.
  • Time-to-value milestones: Produces a day-by-day (Day 0 to Day 90) cadence with concrete value milestones and milestone reviews.
  • Champions, blockers, and early risk list: Names internal champions, surfaces blockers, and drafts a first-thirty-day risk list to prevent derailment.
  • Operational artifacts creation: Writes the onboarding plan artifact, updates customers health/start and renewal timing, and appends an onboarding output record.
