What problem does it solve?

It helps customer success teams assess an account’s renewal readiness and identify what must be fixed before the renewal conversation starts.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • 90–180 day readiness assessment: Evaluates health, relationship/stakeholder coverage, success plan completion/value delivery, and commercial readiness to determine overall renewal readiness.
  • Renewal action plan: Produces sequenced, gap-closing next steps for the CSM (and escalation routing when needed).
  • Multiple output modes: Generates a full internal readiness brief by default, a lightweight timeline for tracking, or an optional customer-facing renewal prep summary (relationship-forward, no commercial terms).
  • Use it for: Preparing for the renewal conversation, aligning CSM/AEs internally, documenting value before procurement/commercial motion, and handling Green, Yellow, or Red accounts with the right sequencing.

Quick Start

Use the renewal-readiness skill to generate a full internal renewal readiness brief for Acme Corp by saying: "/csm:renewal-readiness Acme Corp --brief".
