What problem does it solve?
It helps you diagnose why a behavior keeps happening (even when you intend to change) and design the right intervention to shift it reliably.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Behavior maintenance diagnosis: Identifies the dominant mechanism sustaining the behavior, such as habit loops, motivation deficits, capability gaps, friction, identity conflicts, or social norms.
- Intervention design by mechanism: Selects the matching leverage point (e.g., implementation intentions, habit stacking, environment design, identity reframing) and explains why it fits.
- Relapse planning: Pre-plans what to do when you miss the new behavior so progress isn’t derailed.
Use Case Example: You keep “meaning to” stop doomscrolling at night but default back to it; the skill diagnoses whether cues, rewards, friction, or identity/norms are driving the loop, then designs a targeted plan to change the routine.
