What problem does it solve?
This Skill builds quota sensitivity and structural achievability signals so leadership can see how likely quota attainment is across attainment levels rather than making decisions from a single point estimate.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Quota sensitivity modeling: Derives per-rep quota from UoG-confirmed AE headcount and revenue target, then projects ARR at 50/65/75/85/100% attainment.
- Structural achievability flag: Flags when the annual plan would require attainment above the 75th percentile of trailing historical actuals, using the KBCM median context (55–65%) as evidence.
- Risk-disclosure framing: Produces outputs intended for RevOps/Finance review, emphasizing that quota numbers are structural inputs requiring leadership approval.
Quick Start
Run quota sensitivity analysis for my selected UoG scenario and show a five-level attainment table plus a structural achievability risk disclosure for leadership.
