What problem does it solve?

It translates revenue growth goals into the GTM headcount and capacity balance you need, highlighting whether Sales, CS, or lead generation are the binding constraint.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Headcount modeling (forward and reverse): Computes AE/SDR/CS/Support requirements from a revenue target, and also runs the CS-anchored reverse to find the maximum supportable ARR based on current CSM capacity.
  • Imbalance diagnostics with prioritization: Detects and ranks up to five structural imbalance signals across AE, SDR, CSM, and Support, including pipeline/lead-volume insufficiency.
  • Benchmark-and-formula discipline: Applies sourced benchmark defaults and uses a win-rate-anchored pipeline coverage derivation (required coverage = 1 ÷ win rate) with explicit governance guardrails.
