FAQPage Schema

How do I design a referral program that drives customer growth?▼

A referral program uses existing customers to drive growth by offering double-sided rewards at specific trigger moments. It differs from an affiliate program, which relies on third-party promoters receiving incentives for successful conversions.

What is the difference between referral and affiliate program incentives?▼

Optimize referral incentives by structuring double-sided rewards that motivate both the referrer and the referred user. Align these reward structures with specific customer trigger moments to maximize sharing and program virality.

What's the best way to structure affiliate program rewards for third-party promoters?▼

Design affiliate programs by establishing clear incentive structures for third-party promoters and integrating tracking tools. This ensures accurate measurement of promoter-driven conversions and optimizes overall program growth.

Can I use this referral program design for both B2B and B2C onboarding?▼

Yes, referral program design applies to both B2B and B2C contexts. It provides tailored playbooks for trigger moments, share mechanisms, and rollout strategies to fit the specific onboarding and growth requirements of each model.

How do I identify the right trigger moments for a customer referral loop?▼

Identify referral trigger moments by analyzing the customer onboarding journey for high-satisfaction events. Mapping these trigger points ensures share mechanisms activate when users are most likely to advocate, maximizing program virality.

What measurement metrics do I need to track for a affiliate program launch?▼

Track affiliate program metrics by establishing measurement frameworks for promoter conversions, incentive payouts, and overall growth ROI. Following a launch readiness checklist ensures tool integrations properly capture these performance indicators.
