What problem does it solve?

This skill prevents CS capacity surprises by converting rolling closed-won revenue into projected CSM demand and a clear headroom signal, so RevOps can see whether CS can absorb new logos.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Three-scenario capacity check (P10/P50/P90): Converts scenario ARR into required CSM seats and derives a constraint/headroom signal against configured thresholds.
  • UoG plan comparison: Compares projected CSM need to the UoG annual-plan baseline to show whether demand is ahead, on, or behind plan assumptions.
  • Hiring lead-time flag: When a gap exists, flags whether ramp timing makes “hiring now” too late for the upcoming quarter close.
  • Use case example: For an incoming batch of closed-won deals, generate a headroom report by pod/segment and identify near-ceiling/over-capacity risk for leadership review.

Quick Start

Ask the skill: “closed-won capacity modeling for CS—can our current CSM headcount absorb this ARR and what’s the P10/P50/P90 headroom signal?”
