• Production-safe write-out: Reads prior outputs from opc-doc (niche positioning and value proposition), extracts high-risk assumptions, and when the user confirms, writes Lean Canvas, BMC Lite, pricing notes, risky assumptions, and state updates into opc-doc/outputs and opc-doc/state.
