FAQPage Schema

How do I design a referral program to accelerate customer growth?▼

Design a referral program by documenting trigger moments, sharing mechanics, and success metrics. Structure incentives for customer referrals and affiliate partnerships to drive growth, improve activation, and increase customer lifetime value across B2C and B2B contexts.

What metrics should I track to measure referral program performance?▼

Track referral rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV) to measure referral program performance. Monitor these key metrics across channels to optimize incentive structures and evaluate program effectiveness for both referral and affiliate initiatives.

How do I structure incentives for an affiliate marketing program?▼

Structure affiliate incentives by drafting a program brief detailing target rewards and a pilot timeline. Align incentive planning with partner marketing goals, documenting trigger moments and sharing mechanics to ensure rewards motivate affiliates while maintaining profitable unit economics.

Can I use this referral program design approach for both B2B and B2C contexts?▼

Yes, referral program design applies to both B2B and B2C contexts. The approach supports product-led growth, partner marketing, and word-of-mouth initiatives, enabling program design, incentive planning, and performance measurement adaptable to either business model.
